You may be eligible if you are an Australian citizen or permanent resident aged 7-65 with a permanent and significant disability. Yes! We support participants who are self-managed, plan-managed, or NDIA (agency) managed. Our team can work with your plan manager or help you understand your funding options.
Absolutely. We carefully match support workers to participants based on needs, preferences, and personality. If you're not comfortable or would like a change, we'll happily reassign staff to ensure you receive the best possible support.

Yes. All our support workers hold relevant qualifications, have undergone comprehensive training, and have passed NDIS Worker Screening Checks. Your safety and wellbeing are always our top priority.
