At LOLOMA Community Care, our mission is grounded in love, compassion, and genuine care for every individual we support. With more than 10 years of experience as a registered nurse, I have witnessed firsthand the profound impact that dignity, respect, and kindness can have on people's lives.
Inspired by my Fijian heritage, the word LOLOMA, meaning love and compassion, reflects the values that guide both my personal and professional journey. My vision for LOLOMA Community Care is to foster a warm, inclusive, and supportive environment where individuals living with disabilities feel empowered, valued, and cared for like family.
Together with a dedicated team of professional and compassionate support workers who share the same values and commitment to excellence, we are passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of our participants and their families. Through high-quality, person-centred support services, we strive to ensure every individual feels respected, supported, and empowered to live life to the fullest.
